Description

THE FORCE PROGRAM is a 10-week personal development program tailored for current or retired first responders, front line medical personnel and veterans. This intensive course is designed to enhance mental, emotional, and physical resilience through targeted strategies and practical skills. Each week focuses on a specific module that encourages participants to explore various aspects of personal development, equipping them with practical tools and strategies for self-improvement. By the end of the course, participants will have gained insights into their personal goals, strengths, and areas for growth, empowering them to create a fulfilling and purposeful life.  


Weekly Module Breakdown:
Weekly, the participants will have to log into their course and receive the materials, directions and information for that week. New content will be dropped every Sunday. The week-by-week structure is intentional so that all of the learning is absorbed, reinforced, and then practiced. The course begins with a module on self-discovery, where participants engage in reflective exercises to identify their values, passions, and motivations. Following this foundational week, the second module emphasizes goal setting, teaching participants how to create actionable plans that align with their aspirations and values.. The third week focuses on mindset mastery, teaching participants how to take back control of their thoughts and emotions. Subsequent weeks explore topics such as skill development, obstacle navigation, relationship dynamics, responsibility taking, tolerating stress, creative thinking, and personal reflection. This structure ensures a unique and well-rounded approach to personal growth.


Interactive Learning:
Each module features a mix of instructional content, practical exercises, and additional work. Participants will have access to online resources, including video lessons, articles, and exercises.  This format ensures that learners are provided information and through a variety of means which is then reinforced through practical exercises. 


Materials
The course utilizes a diverse array of materials designed to enhance the learning experience and support participants on their journeys. Participants will have access to all materials necessary to complete the 10-week course, including video lectures, a comprehensive workbook, and additional activities. Each week features videos, curated readings and articles that delve deeper into the module topics, alongside practical exercises and reflection prompts to encourage self-discovery and application of concepts. Additionally, participants will benefit from activities, worksheets, goal-setting templates, and practical exercises. This rich blend of materials not only facilitates engagement and understanding but also empowers individuals to take ownership of their personal development. 


Community
A private social media group offers a unique platform for building a sense of community among individuals with shared interests, goals, and experiences.
